THE FILMMAKERS
RONIT BEZALEL has been directing social documentaries for the past ten years. She has shown her work on national television in Canada and England, and exhibited on the festival circuit. Bezalel's most recent documentary, A Day on the Force: Women's Professional Tackle Football features Chicago's first pro-tackle women's football team. This film is a collaboration between filmmakers Ronit Bezalel, Laurie Little, and Sree Nallamothu. Bezalel also Bezalel worked at the National Film Board of Canada, where she directed When Shirley Met Florence. ANTONIO FERRERA has been shooting cinema verite documentaries for the past five years. Ferrera has filmed documentaries for many
Chicago grassroots organizations including the Chicago Coalition for the Homeless and the Italian-American Taylor Street Community. HIs latest film "The Gates", made with renown documentarian Albert Maysles, is a lyrical documentary on Christo and Jeanne-Claude's work-of-art in Central Park.
PRODUCER
JUDY HOFFMAN, the executive producer, has worked in film and video for over 20 years. She is on the board of directors of Kartemquin Films, and was associate producer on the award-winning film, "Golob". Hoffman has screen credits on numerous independent documentary films including National Emmy Nominee Family Business, Academy Award Nominee Seeing Red, and Academy Award Winner American Dream. She currently teaches at the University of Chicago.

TANJA DESHIDA tirelessly worked on Voices of Cabrini in many different capacities. Her diverse roles included cinematographer, gaffer, boom operator, marketer and associate producer. Deshida was instrumental in helping to make sure this film was completed! She currently works in the Chicago film industry.
